‘Anxiety’ is a very general term for several disorders that can cause feelings of fear, worrying and nervousness. The Oxford dictionary defines anxiety as:
“A feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.”
Although this is a pretty accurate broad description, anxiety affects people in very different ways, and everyone has their own ways of handling the crippling thoughts, feelings and worries that seem to be the core elements of anxiety.

Absolutely despise the flimsy charging cables that seem to snap and fray within a few months? Me too!
Whilst scouring the internet for a way to fix a broken iPhone cable, I came across Cable Labels – a site that offers multicoloured shrinkable tubes designed to strengthen charging cables and protect them from breaking. I got in touch with Ashley who launched Cable Labels in 2015, and he very kindly offered to send me a pack to try.
The older I get, the less time I feel I have to dedicate to real hobbies AKA things that don’t involve me wasting hours tapping my way through social media or vegging in front of Netflix. I fondly remember when pouring time into productive and exciting projects was fun and not a seen as a chore, and I want to try to reintroduce that back into my life!
Spring is coming!
Longer, brighter days and colourful flowers are on their way, and as much as I love Autumn/Winter I cannot wait.
